My Personal Experience In Costa Rica; By Crystal Russo

I would like to welcome you to Costa Rica where life is wholesome and pure, full of adventures and sunshine!

I would like to share all that Costa Rica has to offer.

Costa Rica is famous for its luscious green jungles and pristine white sand beaches, It is truly a gem to be continually discovered. Its reserves, volcanoes, and movie-quality islands have been major tourist attractions for years.

Costa Rica has a special vibe surrounded by immense beauty where hammocks are so inviting at every corner along the beach.

Tamarindo is a prime spot for surfing and sport-fishing, diving and sun bathing. If you’re not looking to get down in the water, there is always surfing, kayaking, sailing, and sport fishing or you’ll be too busy soaking in the bright sunshine and splashing around in the stunning turquoise water.

Shopping and dining options are superb and plentiful, perfect for sampling the true flavours of Costa Rica. There are so many markets and some more lavish than others, including farm to table options. There is a variety of places to do your grocery shopping and the food is beyond fantastic. I mostly travelled via ATV and a rental car, I visited a variety of amazing restaurants , I drank the best coffee, experienced a culture with people of all different souls.

My experience at a place in Santa Teresa called Zunya was humbling, so healing and transformative. When I first arrived to Zunya I fell in love with the view , it was just breathtaking and the experience was one to remember.

Zunya was a place where I grew within my inner self. It was a place like no other. A world inhabited by conscious beings connected through love and abundance. Their purpose is to regenerate our way of being, as we realize our potential in growth. Their mission is to create a different way of living for people to connect through transformational experiences.

All our decisions and actions in our life are regulated by the virtues we uphold. Virtues are the guiding light that remind us of what truly matters beyond the surface - they lead the way. They pave the path, and they provide the comfort we need to embark on a journey inwards.

Zunya aims to be in constant alignment with our personal virtues through a process of relearning and re-shaping our own reality.

My time at Zunya was just a life changing for me, in a short time there I grew within my mind, body and soul.

In conclusion, I would definitely return and bring my family along to take in the beautiful

life I experienced here.
