What we eat is a foundational element of our wellness and vitality. How we produce it is the fundamental to our relationship with our environment. At Nikori this integral aspect of life is elevated though regenerative practises and purposeful connections. 

Our development will include farm to table experience. Vast majority of our organic Costa Rica foods are grown right on the property. However, the farm’s reach doesn’t stop at the table. Fresh organic Costa Rica ingredients are incorporated into spa treatments and adds elegance to our decor.

Organic Costa Rica development is holistic by nature. It does not dissect the different kinds of activities taking place in a region, but rather uses the place as a lens to view all the aspects of life in that area and the nested interactions and relationships between them.

Our Certified Organic Costa Rica farm was thoughtfully designed using regenerative practises and is lovingly tended by a small team of committed local farmers. We strive to be an example to our community, sharing knowledge and best practises with family farms in order to expand the reach of regenerative agriculture.
